The use of this is tied to Stanford University and its Comp Sci department as part of their interaction with Military and Intel people. In Stanford Lingo to RF someone is to stomp them into the dirt - make their effort worthless and to intentionally discredit them in the public. Stanford members are famous as well for RF'ing any number of people.

when you have a deep urge to beat off, yet your mother found out about and took your stash of 4 bottles of baby oil (approximately a month's worth of beating off), so you use sugar as a lubricant, and then to not waste it, and sort of as payback to your mother, you sweep up all of the sugar you used to beat off, as well as the jizz, and make your mother tea with it saying "i am sorry mom. I love you, and i made you tea"
