Going ham

Getting in close and hitting as hard as you can.

From EVE online, where you have Heavy Assault Missiles, close-range, high damage weapons. So going ham, is outfitting your ship with those weapons.

Do I go active or passive, should I dual rep if active? Should I kite with hml or should I be going ham brawl in a caracal?
