When somebody says or does something so stupid/nonsensical that you have to ask 2 billion questions to get the meaning out of it.

For context person B's computer is broken
person B: hey should i take my computer back now or leave it at the repair shop
Person A: what the fuck are you talking about, leave it obviously it has to get fixed
Person B: Oh no it is going to get fixed, i was just talking about "getting the files".
Person A: ?????????????
Person C: thats a Tolma Moment.

Someone is blathering about a subsequent event in a project meeting and try to convince the audience to follow his approach. Joe in the audience just asked Ed if he gets tired because his eyes are closed from time to time. He replies: “No, no... I am just having a Walter moment!”
