A group of so-called liberal and/or progressive people (often referred to as the Democratic Party) that believe the many should have the right to dictate to the few especially in areas of social wellness. Members often find excuses for or blame others for troubles/difficulties in their life. Members' sense of entitlement varies, but is always present and often intense.
