Chill out

"Chill out" originated on the east coast, NYC specifically and was a term used by heroin addicts who were going through heroin withdrawals. One of the many symptoms of heroin withdrawal is getting the chills and fellow junkies as a way to say see you later would tell each other to "chill out" meaning stay well, don't get sick or don't go into withdrawals from not having heroin.

Turkeyed Out

(pronounced Tur-keed) A Drunk, Wasted, or Intoxicated state of mind combined with either hilarious, annoying & unpredictable behavior.

Turked out and turkeyed out can be used interchangeably, with the "out" portion of the phrase being completely and utterly optional.
Someone who is "turkeyed out" is referred to as either a turkey dog, or simply, a turkey.

When speaking to a turkey (dog), the name Turk, as in Turk Schonert, former offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills, can and should be used in place of that person's actual first name.

Hulk out

Whie originating with Marvel Comics loveable monster The Incredible Hulk, the term can also be universally applied to almost any character who undergoes a transformation that drastically upgrades his size, power and level of mass. Often, but not always, accompanied by damage to their clothing or an increased level of musculature. But a straight increase in overall body growth without any added muscle, or a sudden increase in various physical attributes such a womans breast size can also be considered "Hulking out".

When exposed to a full moon, a Saiyan who still retains his/her tail will often HULK OUT into a giant, out of control primate.
