day by 8 PM at the latest. They
don't smoke, but they occasionally drink. They're in bed by 11 PM, and make sure they get eight hours of
sleep, no matter what. After they have a glass of warm milk they start doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, they usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just
