Similiar to the word plagiarism, but instead with blogs. The person could copy the idea, theme or the whole text of the blog. Usually used to increase a person's blog popularity.
Bob: Damn, Pete Wentz just wrote about ponies!! Ill write todays blog on them too!
To use up/hold on to something long after your share is consumed/turn is over. Alternatively, to take control away from the person whose turn it is.
