When a girl becomes less cute and brain piercingly annoying the more you hear their voice. Girls afflicted are usually reasonably attractive while silent but as soon as they open their mouth, expect bodies to hit the floor... It is recommended for such girls to only ever open their mouths once a year in public and only to brush and eat in private.
