the gymrats who leave their water bottles and jumpers around the gym equipment, walk off and come back expecting to have “their” gym apparatus back when it is not THEIRS IN THE FIRSt place. Walking AROUND LIKE THEY OWN THE DAMN PLACE and are more entitled to the equipment just cuz they’re jacked when sir… this is a public CHAIN gym.

Gym Flower

In my 20 months at the YMCA, the term gym rats is quite common.

Females who frequent the YMCA or simular organizations for exercise and to be seen.

I coined the word "Gym Flower" to describe good looking usually fairly young females.
The people I talk to understand exactly what I mean.

I would like to have it in the URBAN DICTIONARY for the rest of the world to enjoy.

It usually occurs when making eye contact with someone and giving them a 'what's up' head bob without saying a word. gymnasium, gym, gym talk, working out, workout, exercise, lift weights, cardio, spinning, running, jogging, talk, speak

I see the same people at the gym every day and don't know their names. I just give them the old gym nod and keep working out.
