A refinement and abstraction of the more lowbrow colloquialism netflix and chill. Some members of society have access to only a single streaming service, for example cbs all access. In those instances netflix and chill is not applicable to the situation. By using the higher level abstraction "stream and cream" you can make clear your intent without having to specify a particular streaming service.
