A small street gang in the Riverpark and South Bank neighborhoods of Oxnard, California. The gang consists of Mexican-Americans and Whites. They are known to cause havoc in the area and run a small time drug trade dealing narcotics. RP Niggas go around tagging areas they run, such as The Collection. They are associated with the El Rio Boys and are rivals with Colonia.
