A "Boy-guy" is typically a term used by females to describe a male that they are interested in, or have a "thing" with.

NOTE: a "Boy-guy" IS NOT THE SAME THING AS A BOYFRIEND.

female #1: "So hows your Boy-guy Savannah???"

female #2: " Oh! he's amazing!"

female #1: "I have a new Boy-guy!!!"

Boy Hangover

When you go out and meet someone awesome, then spend the entire next day thinking about only them. You can't stop thinking about them in the same way you can't stop a hangover. So you have a 'boy (or girl) hangover.'

I met this awesome guy last night, and now I've got a boy hangover because I can't stop thinking about him.

When two heterosexual best friend males go out together on a "date" and have dinner, participate in friendly, masculine activities, et cetera. Sometimes mistaken for a butch gay couple since women are not involved. Definitely not to be confused with boy fun.

Megan: "What were you up to last Friday night?"
Dave: "I went out on a boy date with my best friend Dustin."
Megan: "How was it?"
Dave: "Great. We got steaks at Sizzler, went to the hockey game, and then saw the new James Bond movie at the cinema. Next week we're planning on going to the drag strip because they're having the truck races."
