Trailer mouth

Refers to the filthy and unhealthy condition of ones mouth, including missing, fake, stained, or rotten teeth, bad breath, and the use of foul language and such. Trailer mouth is a condition that afflicts (but is not exclusive to) rednecks, especially those living in trailers.

Girl: did you watch the real housewives of Atlanta last night?

Girl 2: yeah, I hate Kim Zolciak. she has such a trailer mouth.
