A person's whose only purposes serves is to talk and entertain another on the phone. There is no need to see this person in real life,their only use and utility is of that talking on a phone.

I never see John anymore,we talk all the time on the phone though. It's okay he's my Chat Boy

A dirt boy is a simpleton who's only desire in life is to play with a hoola hoop and eat dirt. Talks a lot, however is essentially useless.

Wow! I just saw the weird kid Britton play with a hoola hoop for over an hour. What a dirt boy!!

A young, innocent-looking boy (often of prepubescent age and with a nice firm ass) that is available for exploition by obese men and Star Trek/science fiction fans (which is pretty much the same thing when you think about it!)

Two men passing a primary school might comment "my-my, there's some mighty fine looking boy treasure in there. Yes sir-e!"
