However, when Chunk encounters him one-on-one, he realizes that Sloth is being mistreated by his family. In the end, it is Sloth who saves the gang from the Fratellis. scotch plains 

Scotch Plains is a town neighboring Westfield.
For years Westfield and Scotch Plains seem to have been rivals.
and although Westfield may think they are better,
they are really not.
They are more stuck up snobs that get what they want
and do not have to work for anything.
Scotch Plains kids go through school and work their butts off to achieve highschools.
The town is known for its amazing jazz bands and successful after school activities
