Fro Oil

The film-like residue and odor that remains on a New Era flat billed hat that you find at the Lidz in the Hilltop Mall in El Cerrito Del Norte. Also resembles chicken grease.

I thought this orange pin-striped Yankees hat was new, but it has fro oil all over it.
