A person who posts a lame, edgy, or nonsensical word on Urban Dictionary for "the lulz" or to attempt exposing a wider audience to their inside joke slang term without regard to its potential relevance to said wider audience.
Urban Dictionary is an interesting concept, however the experience has been ruined by Urban Dictionary edgelords. This behavior is indicative of why we cant have nice things.

Get the urban dictionary shop mug.The lag and bugs that come with searching or merely being on urban dictionary. Sometimes the page just shuts down forcing you to reload it for the 1000th time. Even like counts and search suggestions stop displaying every so often. In total, a complete mess.
