buddy teacher

An employee of a school district that is, despite his / her title as an educator, less concerned with education than making friends with students. Buddy teachers have no classroom management, assign little or no work, watch a lot of movies, and allow students to call them by their first names. Extreme buddy teachers buy alcohol for, host parties for, lie to parents for, or even date their older students.

Student 1: Take Mark’s class. His class is awesome. You never have to do anything.
Student 2: Nah, I’m cool. 30 year old buddy teachers are cringe.

Watch it buddy

An extremely common phrase used by civilian NPCs in the PlayStation game "Lego Marvel Super Heroes." The phrase refers to a situation where you've bumped into a civilian, and that civilian will say something random to portray distress.

Since the entire phrase is spoken so quickly, it is better to quote it without a comma to indicate the sheer comical NPC nature of the statement.

Me (Player): Transforms into Venom-Hulk and runs into a civilian.

Civilian: Watch it buddy!
