I.e. bakeapple poultice, applied not by your own hands, but by a flurry of spawning capelin, or a saltwater marsupial. Symptoms occur in people between the ages of 25 and 55, bloated fingers aka sausage fingers, lippy tongue, and just a generally cross demeanor.
