When you want to enter the most awesome state, but the developers won’t allow strong bases in because the state has reached its maximum awesome level. Often associated with state 801.

“This state a strong, and powerful except for Ride. We should stop other cool cats and kittens from joining in so it doesn’t become so awesome that it ruin all other states!” -Developers

“Wow, I was all ready to bring my base, then I got 801’d ” - said everyone

“The developers really know how to screw over the good players, I just got 801’d ” said all the Cool people.
