The main ingredients of this dish typically include Fish, lime, lemon, onion, cilantro and it's often served with a side of fried plantains or plantain chips.
"Dirty Ceviche" (Or in Spanish "Ceviche Sucio") is a racist term against the latinos that eat the dish. However, it's mostly used against those of Ecuadorians and Peruvian heritage. Another version of this insult is "Ceviche Monkey"
A second usage for the term "Dirty Ceviche" is to describe an Ecuadorian Woman's Vagina that smells bad. It attempts to compare the smell of the vagina to that of the seafood dish for obvious reasons.
