0.5% rule

The phenomenon that denotes the homosexual rule. A rule that decides if you are either straight or gay-

1. If you define yourself as 100% straight = you are 100% gay.
2. If you got 0.5% gayness in you = you are 100% straight.

- "Hey bro, wanna touch my dick?"
- "Ew wtf, no dude" = 100% gay

- "Hey bro, wanna touch my schlong?"
- "Hell yeah bro, gimme that (no homo)" = 100% straight

Rule 51 states that there will always be even more screwed-up things on the internet than anything that you had just seen.

Rule 51 basically means there will always be something worse than what you just saw, no matter what it is, there will always be more.

Mob rule

People sometimes use mob rule to get things done they wouldn't otherwise get done (to try and get a title they didn't win a few years ago for example). They would rather try and take a title with mob rule than acknowledge they got beat by a team from a town out in the middle of nowhere.

The point of having more than 2 teams in every sport is for any team from any town that has one (no matter how small the market) has a chance to get to the big game and get a title, just like the rest of the teams. Mob rule fucks it up by favoring the cities with the most people and letting the rest of the country know their teams can't have any titles.

The rule that the current activity takes priority over another pending activity, derived from the BBC quiz show Mastermind's catchphrase "I've started so I'll finish." The rule can be invoked at any point during the activity, but is not necessary should the alternative be more favourable.
