Wet Pepe is analogous to the dirty sanchez. It is a moustache made up of vaginal and cervical fluid (aka vag juice). After digitally stimulating his bride, a man may then smear the content on her upper lip. Alternatively, a woman may may smear said contents on her partners upper lip.
