When a group of people or person is told to "pot up", it's another way of telling them to drink their potions, usually used alongside trash talk before a fight.

"Pot" is abbreviated from "Potion".

Originated from the MMORPG Runescape 2, used from around 2010-2012 onward usually by PK'ers.
