The act of maintaining a ghetto disposition that is on and off regardless if you get out of the ghetto. It has already permeated your head. A term used in New York City to describe people to have a continually ghetto character mad randomly wherever they may move or go.

paper thin slither slice most often used when talking about cake. Term often used in an African-American setting.
