The receptacle in which douche bags are thrown. Usually used when referring to somebody that has committed an unusually major douchey act.

When finding your car has had the mirror ripped off and no note, you may exclaim 'Dude, some douche can hit my car!'

Derived from the abbreviation MD. When a douche in pre-med tries to explain medical things they don't even understand. Often M-Douches like to pretend they are already doctors, performing half-assed surgeries in basements. M-Douches are not to be trusted and are to be reminded of their M-Douche status frequently.
