Example 1: two friends talking
Friend 1: man I've got great news: I've got a girlfriend now!
Friend 2: "jumps up from seated position, arms thrown in air, loudly yells" "BIG UPS!!!"

Example 2: waiting on a notification for food delivery

Food orderer: "alright food is on its way"
Hungry friend: "good deal. Big ups" ( not yelled loudly, the friend's tone or voice is at a normal conversation volume

A person who loves there family, does everything for them and makes an effort to actually know them and spend time with family. They prioritize family over friends they believe blood is thicker than water as some would believe water is thicker than blood people big on family would totally disagree.
