Covid-🐲

When the spirit of the dragon, a creature worshipped by superstitious mainland Chinese, is demoniacally linked to the coronavirus, which was unprovenly leaked out from a lab in Wuhan, before it spread worldwide—Beijing lied about its initial failure to contain the virus, until whistleblowers informed the world about China’s high number of infections and deaths.
Is there any correlation between Covid-19 and Covid-🐲? How could the dragon, a symbol of power or fertility in Chinese culture, or in Eastern cultures, have anything in common with a symbol of chaos or evil in Western cultures?

Covid Privilege

Applies to anyone who is privileged enough to live in a developed country with free access to the vaccine, however, after having taken said vaccine (and booster), they still believe that Covid poses a significant threat to them. They are systematically incapable of recognizing that the prolongation of 'restrictions' has serious ramifications upon those less fortunate than themselves. Will commonly refer to as 'a pandemic of the unvaccinated', which is code for resentment towards those who do not agree with their worldview
Dave: Why is he wearing his mask still? The CDC says that 82% of Americans have been vaccinated.

Covid-🇲🇲

When the double crises of military coup and Covid-19 pandemic could push half of the population of Myanmar, one of Asia’s poorest countries, below the poverty line of $1.10 a day, by completely wiping out the progress the country has made in reducing poverty over the last one and a half decades.
With ongoing protests against the military rule in which thousands of blue- and white-collar workers have gone on strike with the aim of disrupting the economy and unseating the coup leaders, would Burma ever recover from the Covid-🇲🇲 crisis without a people’s revolution to kick the military junta out of the political system?
