Fat Break

A break from activity reserved for those with a 'few extra pounds', aka the fat.

When a fat break is declared, all activity is halted and precious breathes, calories are consumed, and/or other rejuvenating acts are carried out by said fattie.

The term can also be used ironically by someone who is not actually fat, but is in the spirit of 'fatness'.

Friend #1: *whilst biking; Want to go up that hill?
Fat Friend #2: Yeah, but I need a quick fat break.
Friend #1: Dude, this is your 4th fat break this past hour. Alright *patiently waits*.

When one is not fat but breaths heavily like a fat person when performing any sort of activities.

Stacy: I hate going up these stairs!
June: Me too! It's only one flight but I always get fat breath when I reach the top.

A person content with their Obesity. Someone who has acknowledged they are in fact obese and is proud of it. Similar to old money and new money. Antonym of New Fat.

That dude with the Fedora, neck beard, and sweat pants eating McDonalds by himself is def old fat.

fat air

snowmobile racing term: when air is at really cold temperature it is much more dense, ie. fat air contains more oxygen for a given volume, so the fuel to air ratio can be increased yielding more power per engine cycle

have to increase my fuel to air ratio today, the air is really fat, we should get some good run times with this fat air !
