Pain cropping

Claiming to have a serious condition such as cancer to gain pity and attention from people which mocks those who have suffered from it.

He claimed to have leukemia for 3 years ago until I made him show proof when I got suspicious and found out he lied. He was pain cropping the pain of my sister for pitty that pos.
