Social Mugging

A regular mugging will rob you of your possessions. Money, your watch, a phone maybe. A social mugging will rob you of something far more precious. Your time. The standard interaction for people you don't know very well (or don't really like) is to simply say "Morning" and they reply with "Morning". We all know this. You can even try the throwaway "How's it going?" BUT BE WARNED. Some people will see this as a conversational opener and will then proceed to tell you their life story. Walking away will not help at this point, nor will pretending to be otherwise engaged in other tasks. Like a well trained limpet they will stick like glue until they have robbed you of your time, and most of your soul. Leaving you shaken, upset and worried for all future outings.

Husband: Hey honey, you ok? You like hell! You only went out for bread 2 hours ago??
Wife: I saw Jennifer and said "Hi ya, you ok?".... BIG MISTAKE
Husband: (laughs) You know the village shop is a hotspot for social mugging!!

is a form of government or state apparatus, which is an idealogical social Association as opposed to the more traditional political and economic (ideological) institutions. Within the frame work of ploitical socialism although the economic element is present, it, however, holds only but an incidental and therefore minor value within the state composition. In ploitical socialism, the economy is viewed as simply a means the essential sustainability of society, and not as it is the case with the economic state or economic society, a means for materialistic attainability or procurement.

ploitical socialism by definition constitutes what is new reactionary socialism.

Social Gamble

To attempt to start a conversation with someone (whether it be a crush, your taxi driver, a classmate, a fellow hospital patient, a stranger you met on the street, your neighbor, etc.), even though you might get rejected or ignored altogether. Even if you do happen to strike out, it was all a calculated risk right? No big deal.

*A few people waiting in the checkout line at a grocery store*

1st person in line: (Thinks to self sarcastically) "Could this cashier go any slower?"
2nd person in line: (Looks around and begins to social gamble) "You like frosted flakes too huh? I used to eat it all the time when I was little."
1st person in line: (Turns around) "............"
3rd person in line: "They added a new cinnamon flavored one recently, tastes pretty good."
2nd person in line: (Turns around) "Really? I'll check it out the next time I come."
*First person in line leaves with bagged groceries while the conversation between the other two continues*
