Pennsylvania tea

A tea made with a heavy flow used tampon and hot water. Pour boiling water in a tea cup and instead of throwing the tampon away after use, you pluck it out of the vagina slowly as to not waste any blood. Place the used tampon in the hot water for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
