A younger kid or adult that hasn't spent a lot of time out on the street, at local/punk shows, or just living out of the house in general but says/acts like they have.

The International House

Another name for the International House of Pancakes. It's a way to spruce up a night that ends up up alone, drunk and in need of grease and carbs.

Friend: "So what happened to you after the bars closed? You were wasted. Did you go to that one girl's place?"
You: "It wasn't worth it. Her roommates put on the block. Went over to the International House instead"

Senior House

A house with a large number of bedrooms (usually 9-14) on a college campus made up of mostly seniors that are in the same fraternity. It is used as a place to hold parties since many fraternities are supposed to be dry (alcohol-free). It is different from a fraternity house in that it doesn't have a dance floor, a large living room, is not old and made of brick/stone, and it has way less bedrooms.

Joe: dude , are there any parties tonight?
Matt: yeah man at XXX (fraternity).
Joe: oh nice, at the fraternity house?
Matt: No, at the senior house.

Flaunted House

A house that has gone overboard in decorating for Halloween. Characterized by light and music shows, dramatic, blown up and life size yard decor. The opposite of a haunted house.

My next door neighbor has a flaunted house. She put out about 20 hand carved pumpkins, hung a skeleton from her balcony, and is blasting "Thriller" in sync with her light show and there is fog and mist surrounding her front yard!
