"Femship" refers to the bond close female friends share. (Compare to "Menship") Friends is a broad term that can sometimes describe an acquaintance, a ride or die or anything in between. Femship indicates the depth of the relationship, and differentiates between a woman and another who is a casual friend and a woman and another who is her "sister from another mister".
It's an empowering term for women to publicly and proudly acknowledge their love and strong bond with the friend they consider "my girl" or "my sister" without being overly vulnerable. (We know vulnerability can be hard.)
International Women's Day, should not only celebrate women, it should encourage women to celebrate their femship.
Friends come and go, so bid bon voyage to friendship, we been girls from yay low, this is a femship . (BARS!!!!)
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
