Amish Job 

An Amish job is the act giving a hand job but unlike a normal H.J., the giver must use both hands and must also lubricate the penis using whole cream. The giver then proceeds to massage the penis in a vertical reciprocating motion (resembling the act of churning butter) until the cream that is acting as the lubricant has coagulated and turned into butter. The entire act must be performed in candle light, as the Amish do not use electricity.
