Neo Glyphography

Taking a slow shutter speed photograph with bright coloured lights in shot and moving the camera whilst the shutter closes. (Neo) - Neon light (Glyph) - drawing
Best results at an event such as a music gig or nightclub. Event must be dark with bright coloured lights such as laser, spot or neon being the brightest visible light. Take slow exposure shot and move camera off centre to produce a shot that has streaming colourful light. This kind of shot is called Neo Glyphography!

Neoglyphography

The result of use of vibrant lights in a low light setting along with a low shutter speed.
Being in a low light setting means that you are going to have to set your SLR to certain settings in order to compensate for the little amount of light that the lens will be able to take in.

Whilst using these settings, the shutter speed generally will have to be quite slow to let in more light, with this happening, you will have to either use a tripod or hold a very steady hand!
Instead of doing this however and to create a more creative photo, use these settings along with your flash (onboard is fine). Whilst have a shutter speed of about 3 seconds, set up a scene where there are vivid lights, take the photo (the flash will capture your setted scene) and once the flash has gone off, move the camera around (up, down, side to side, loopdy loop) and this will cover your set scene in neon type light streaks.

This method uses a form of light graffiti with low light flash photography.
Your in a club as the events photographer, you over looking the dance floor from a tier up. There are strobe, spot and laser lights operating around the roof of the dance floor.
You've got a scene of the ravers having a good time on the dance floor, you want to capture it but your wanting something more, something more exciting.
Setup up your camera with the right low light settings, shutter speed about 3 seconds and ISO not too high to lose out on good colour composition.
Turn on your flash and take the photo, once the flash has captured your initial scene, move the camera around, making sure to pass the lens by the clubs lighting.
The resulting photo will have a nice clear shot of your set scene yet it will have a nice layer of vibrant neon like light streaks across it all.
It's important to get the right balance of both scene and light streaking as too much of either will be too bland or too overshot with light.

Power Couple

A relationship between two people who are equally as cool as each other. They are as individually awesome and fun to be around as they are when they are together.

Neither one depends on the other for their feelings of self worth- they know in their heart that they are just as valuable to the world as the other. Good looking, optimistic, and sparks a light in the world that people recognize that goes beyond a normal relationship.

In a power couple, if one person is flawed, the other person makes up for their weaknesses in strength. Together they are the epitome of what anyone would desire in a relationship. They encourage goodness in the world and make it a better place by being together.
I'm a fan of those two, they are such a power couple, the epitome of what anyone would want in a relationship.

I am envious of them because they are a power couple.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
