a small cigar/cigarillo found in many flavors. Prime times are popular among those in Rainier and other places. The reasoning is that, in the hood, more people are rolling and smoking blunts and therefore there is more need for a prime time.

Special prime time flavors include the happy hours modelled after mixed drinks.

Prime Times are often smoked right after a blunt.

The time of the day when a guy has to take a shit. But when he is with females he can not just say, "I have to shit." So instead he will say, I guess its prime time. At times when it is just his male friends he will say, "It's prime time poopin' time."
