A sarcastic compliment. More leaning towards insulting a person rather than actually giving a compliment. If a sarpliment is properly delivered, it'll enrage you.

Simpliment 

When a simp commits an act of verbal kindness towards another person in hopes of getting a relationship with that individual. The difference between a simpliment and a compliment is whether or not the Comment said is intended for attracting love from the other individual in the conversation.

Simp: OMG you are cute! Can I have your number?
Girl: ew get away from me you simplimenter

1.) Usually used in a romantic way to express how one looks or acts. Should be seen as a more expressive and less common synonym of the word beautiful.

2.) Beautiful, pretty, ecstatic. Seen as a more robust term for romantic beauty.
