One who is this has ascended above all levels of faggotry. They are no longer just a faggot, the king of faggots, or a nigger faggot, but they are the epitome of a "faggot". They are apart from the common bred of humans we civilized people call "faggots" because they have excelled above all the categories in the arts of faggotry.
