keep it on wax

"Keep it on Wax" was a phrase used by the band Alexisonfire. It was written to express their feelings towards their former drummer, Jesse Ingelevics(2001-2005).

1 - An expression of bad blood/beef through music or poetry. The intended response is that the issue will not spill over to people who have no knowledge in the subject. Or, moreover, keep the issue silent from unrelated parties.

2 - An old gang term thought to have a similar meaning. Instead of resorting to violence the parties involved, respectively, try to resolve the issue peacefully. Presumably also through a form of music or poetry.
"Hey, you and your girl need to keep it on wax. I've got my own problems. I don't need to be dealing with yours too."

Keep it on Wax

Directly related to the saying "Write it down on stone" or "Written in Stone".

It refers to something that will most likely change. Something written in stone is permanent, whereas, wax can be melted down and appear as being brand new.
Travis: Wow, we're going to be best friends forever.

Zachary: Keep it on Wax, brother.

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”

An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."

Breadhead

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
