Dish Nazi 

That annoying house mate that can't stand seeing a few dirty dishes on the counter for more then a day or two. The Dish Nazi, when he catches you, will even become enraged that you keep dishes in your room even though you are just trying appease them by keeping the kitchen a little cleaner. The Dish Nazi will also clean everyone's dishes on the pretense of being "nice" when really they are just cleaning for peace of mind.
Bob, out house Dish Nazi, saw I had a few bowls in my room... The look that came over him made me think he was either going to have a nervous break down or burn me at the stake as a witch.

dish douche 

One who never washes the dishes, even though he or she always offers to wash the dishes. A dish douche will mysteriously disappear as soon as dinner is eaten, and return to the kitchen once the last saucer has been dried and put away.
Pete hasn't scrubbed a single plate in his life. If you added up all the unwashed dishes in this dish douche's life, you could cast a shadow over Manhattan.

dish interest 

Extra dishes accrued when they have been sitting in the sink for longer than the pre-determined acceptable length by individuals of the same household.

The customary rate of dish interest is one piece of cutlery or small dish per day added to the heap of dishes belonging to the owner.

Dish interest is an attempt to dissuade individuals from leaving their dishes in the sink unwashed for too long. It should be noted that this policy often backfires and results in an insurmountable amount of dishes.
Joe: He's been lagging on dishes for a week now. It's time my roommate starts accruing some dish interest.

Bob: Dude! just buy a dishwasher!
