An individual (usually working in a call center) who understands people only know what they are told. Consequently reality is controlled.

The realitician knows that despite the fact he failed to enter the customer's PO yesterday he can put it up today and blame the order entry system (or shipping, or the fax machine...).

Being real 365 7days of week threw your actions, not being fake the complete oppsite of fake, not being true to what you say.

Realmatic is Not telling a lie, saying how u feel regardless of how the other person feel good or bad. Keeping everything up front not talking behind anyone back being a 100 percent honest.
