like avocados, salmon, low-carb fruits and vegetables, onions with lime and salt, tomatoes, lettuce, steak, butter, coconut oil,
chicken, fish, crab, low-carb monster
energy drink, coffee sweetened with stevia or sorbitol, and more. It's also good to do excercise. Doing cardio, lifting weights, or both. Low carb is
like a milder form of keto. Your body partially goes through ketosis but not fully.
