Commonly used slang by criminals for a quarter ounce of non prescribed illegal drugs. Mainly used when referring to cocaine, but could be used for a wide scope of other illegal substances. The reason for this is because the quotient of twenty-eight(number of grams in an ounce) divided by four is seven. Seven coincides with Michael Vicks player number on the NFL team Atlanta Falcons.
