Hill People 

A breed of people known for characteristic hillbilly-like behavior. Often associated with people from the Appalachians (particularly the Ohio River Valley) and sometimes the Ozarks. Particularly associated with moonshine distilling/consumption and owning one or more 'terrible towels'.

Relatively economically depressed people who speak a bastardized version of American English and rely heavily upon drinking and often unsafe strip clubs for entertainment.

"Have you seen the 'Wild & Wonderful Whites of West Virginia'? What a bunch of Hill people."

"Too much pop will yellow your teethers." "What are you saying you hill person?"

hill giant 

Any person of unusually large stature, usually female, who is both tall (5'-10" and over) and posseses a large frame. Typical prominant features include broad shoulders and unusually large hands/feet. The condition of being a "hill giant" in no way negates attractiveness; rather it is more a condition of appearing like an average sized person who has been xeroxed at 120%.

Laura Prepon is a hill giant.

Hill Lilly 

A hot country chick who you would probably want to date but is still cool enough to hang out with the guys. hill rod

A greasy,dirty, nasty looking redneck who is a "car enthusiast", but knows nothing about modern automotive technology or late model cars. Absolutely hates and fears modern fuel injection and computer controls in cars because of their ignorance. Usually they drive a nasty carburated pick up truck, or some old ragged out muscle car. They have been known to rip out EFI systems of modern cars and put in a carburator.

They are known to frequent drag strips, dirt tracks, and stock car races.

That hill rod said I should rip out all of that fuel injection crap on my 1999 Camaro Z28 and put in a carburator and it would be a lot faster.

Hill-trolls are folk who live in small cave-like huts in the yorkshire pennine hills. They are easily spotted by the way they drag their knuckles when they walk & the way they say "Burn-lah" & "Burn-err-lee" in their thick yorkshire accents.
People of lower intelligence who have been drinking from a smaller than average gene pool.
