A term which means "really old man". At one time in history a Hans-Fredrik was a looked upon as a person with strengths never seen before. However a lot has changed since the 1850´s, nowadays the term is mostly used as slang for someone who is really old and lost touch with his time.

It could also refer to someone who is a total retard.
