The formal French word for please, with the informal word for please being s'il te plaît. They have it this way because the French love being spedecial.
Waiter/Garçon: "Vous desirez, madame?"

Customer: "Donnez-moi une croissant avec jus d'pomme, s'il vous plaît."

A sudden feeling that you have previously experienced the obnoxious conversation spewing forth from the mouth of the pompous arrogant ass of a jerk that is currently invading your space and deminishing your will to live.
Suddenly, Mike turned away from the idiot at the bar he was speaking to and exclaimed to his friends, "Oh my god, I just had douche-ja vous. I totally feel like I've had this exact douchey conversation with this freaking douche bag before".
