Originating from the British slang "Bird” or formally "Burd” for describing an extremely fuckable woman, in conjunction with the American slang "Chick". Also there is the 1960s song "Shake a Tail Feather” which has been covered by many such as Ray Charles, The Monkeys, The Blues Brothers, and the phrase was used by hop artists Nelly and P.Diddy in ”Shake Ya Tailfeather" Therefore when a woman has a beautiful ass, she is thus, feathered.
