A Spac-Tard is a mixture of both a Spastic and a Retard, therefore meaning a Spasticated Retard.
This name can be given to someone who commits an incredibly stupid act or says something incredibly stupid. it is an honouray title to have and should be something that is worn with pride.

Hey man, how did you do in that SPAC deal you were so horny about last week?

Well, the company ended up going bankrupt and my shares are worthless, but at least the management team and advisors got paid fees for arranging the deal, so I guess that's great. All in all, a spac-tacular investment!
