A Bit Of A Wank On

A phrase that describes when an object is shaking or vibrating in an abnormal or particularly violent fashion.
"Y'see these ceiling fans, Barry?", Joshua McTrousers called to his workmate. One fan wasn't secured properly and was shaking side to side whilst spinning. "Yes, the middle one has got a bit of a wank on, hasn't it", Barry concurred. Joshua tightened his grip on his tool case. "I'll have this fixed by the day's end, or my name isn't Joshua McTrousers!"

Alice's car had a bit of a wank on, as her complete lack of practical skill had led her to think that the best replacement for a flat tire was a square one.

"Controlling resonance in mechanical systems is a challenge for designers", Professor Gardenhose explained. "If you don't control it properly, your resultant engine might run with a bit of a wank on."

a little bit too much cheese on the taco

suffering from thrush or other vaginal yeast/bacterial infections
Doctor: What symptoms have you got?
Woman: Well, I've got a little bit too much cheese on the taco...

on its thick bit

A short phrase generally implying agreement, gratitude, consent, or in some cases, disbelief. It has more frequent use in the UK among young people; origin unknown, but it may derive from advice on how to hold a blunt.
"All right, Tony? I'm going to the bar. You want another one?"
(Consent and gratitude) "On its thick bit!"
~~
"Just found out that Tracey's gone and got herself up the duff again."
(Incredulous) "On its thick bit!"
~~
"I don't like that Dave anymore. I think he's a nasty racist."
(Agreement) "On its thick bit!"

Got a bit of a Shannon Noll Going on There

Inspired by Shannon Noll's obvious underarm sweat problem at the MTV AVMAs when recieving an award. This saying 'Got a bit of a Shannon Noll going on there' describes those moments in life when you are suffering from serious sweat issues and need to describe it without going I HAVE BO AND I HAVE A POOL OF SWEAT!!
"Ewww I'm all hot and sweaty, I've got a bit of a Shannon Noll going on there"

Beard on tash with a little bit of mash

I assume derived from "chinny chin chin". To point out something said is a lie. A version of the saying for teenagers.

"Beard on tash with a little bit of mash" implies the lie is ludicrous. If less ludicrous you can use "Beard", "Beard on" or "Beard on tash".

All sayings must include a chin stroke.

Believe this comes from Portsmouth (Pompey) and surrounding areas of the South of UK.
Liar - "Alright mush, last night I smashed 20 birds"

Listener - "Beard on tash with a little bit of mash"

sometimes it’s okay to be a bit selfish and there will be times over the next 12 months when you really must put your own interests first no matter what that might mean for other people. What you do for yourself will benefit them too later on
